This Cookie Policy applies to aoagents.it, marketing.aoagents.it, api.aoagents.it, aoagents.ch and related AO Agents interfaces. It should be read together with the Privacy Policy.

Under applicable Italian rules, strictly necessary technical cookies do not require prior consent. For that reason, no consent banner is currently displayed. This does not remove our obligation to provide this notice.

In production, authentication cookies may be scoped to .aoagents.it so a valid session can work across authorised AO Agents subdomains. The cookies do not by themselves create an advertising profile.

Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, request details and technical logs when delivering or protecting the Service. Server logs are not necessarily cookies, but they are personal data in some circumstances and are described in the Privacy Policy.

You can inspect, block or delete cookies using your browser settings. Blocking authentication or CSRF cookies will prevent sign-in or make protected account actions unavailable. Deleting the language cookie may cause the site to return to its default or browser-detected language.

Vercel Web Analytics and Sentry monitoring are not currently active. Before enabling them, we will update this Policy and implement an appropriate consent mechanism where their configuration or applicable law requires one.

A future newsletter will use a separate voluntary sign-up and will not be inferred from acceptance of technical cookies or the Terms of Service.

We may update this list when necessary cookies, domains or service architecture change. The version and effective date shown on this page identify the current notice.
